Tillping Terms of Service
Effective date: October 25, 2026
These terms are the deal between you and Tillping. By signing in, running a scan or buying a plan, you agree to them. Our Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If you don't agree, please don't use Tillping.
Who we are
Tillping is operated by Hanna Rynkov, a sole proprietor (Osek Murshe) registered in Israel. "We" and "us" mean Tillping. You can reach us at support@tillping.online. Email is the only way to contact us, including for legal notices.
What Tillping does
Tillping checks the payment-webhook path of your app. It sends a few test requests to an address you give us and tells you what it found. We offer a free quick check, and paid deep scans with fix steps. Some fix tips are written by AI. They can be wrong, so check them before you use them.
Who can use Tillping
You must be 18 or older. Tillping is for work or business use. If you use it for a company, you agree to these terms for that company.
We sign you in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account safe. You are responsible for what happens in your Tillping account.
Only scan what you're allowed to
You may only scan sites and addresses that you own, or that the owner has allowed you to test. Checking this is your job, not ours. Deep scans and weekly checks only run on domains you have verified.
If anyone makes a claim against us because you scanned something you weren't allowed to, or broke these terms, you agree to cover our costs and losses from that claim.
Fair use
Don't:
- scan sites you're not allowed to test, or scan lists of other people's sites;
- use Tillping to attack, overload or harm any site, or to reach private or internal networks;
- get around our limits, for example with extra accounts or bots;
- try to break into Tillping or test its security without our permission;
- put passwords, API keys or signing secrets anywhere in Tillping;
- resell our reports, or present them as a security audit or certification;
- use Tillping for anything illegal.

Plans and payments
Prices (in US dollars) and plan limits are on our pricing page.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record: it takes your payment, adds any tax, sends your invoice and handles payment disputes. We never see your card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month, at the current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If we raise the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before you are charged the new price.
Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.
No guarantees
Tillping is provided "as is" and "as available", without any guarantees. Scans can miss problems, and they can flag problems that aren't real. A scan result is information about how your app answered our tests at one moment. It is not a security audit or a promise that your payments or webhooks work.
You stay responsible for your own app, your code, your payment setup and your payments. Test any change before you rely on it.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or missed or failed payments.
- Our total liability for all claims is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is more.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Suspension, changes and shutting down
We may block a scan, or suspend or close your account, if we believe you are abusing Tillping, breaking these terms, or putting us or others at legal or security risk.
We may change Tillping or these terms. If a change matters, we will email paid users at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law or a security problem needs a faster change. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then and we will refund the unused part of your prepaid period. If you keep using Tillping after a change, you accept it.
We may shut Tillping down. If we do, we will tell you first and refund the unused part of any prepaid time, plus any paid deep scans you haven't used.
You can stop anytime. To delete your account, email us from your account email.
Ours and yours
Tillping, its software and its content belong to us. You can use your reports for your own sites and share them with people who help you build them. You keep your data, and you let us use it to run Tillping.
Law and courts
Israeli law governs these terms, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer and your local law gives you the right to rely on that law or to go to your local courts, you keep that right.
The small print
If a court finds any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Any claim about Tillping must be brought within one year after it arose, unless the law gives you longer.
