Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use Tillping, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or zoom.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This also covers the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG at level AA. We have not had an outside audit, so we do not claim full compliance.

What we did

  • The site is in English and tells your browser so.
  • A "Skip to content" link is the first thing you reach with the Tab key.
  • You can use every page and form with a keyboard. You can always see where you are on the page.
  • Every form field has a visible label. Errors and results are read out by screen readers.
  • Headings follow a clear order, and menus and the footer are marked as navigation.
  • Text and buttons have enough contrast with the background.
  • Pages work at 400% zoom and on a narrow phone screen without side scrolling. Long code samples scroll on their own, and you can reach them with the Tab key.
  • If your device asks for less motion, we turn off animations and smooth scrolling.
  • The logo and pictures have a text label, or are hidden from screen readers when they only add decoration.

How we checked

On October 25, 2026 we tested the public pages with the axe-core tool, at desktop size and at a phone width of 320 pixels. We also used them with a keyboard only. We fixed what we found. The dashboard, which needs an account, was checked by reading its code.

What is not yet accessible

  • The scan report and the guides use some technical words, such as "webhook" and status codes. We explain them where we can.
  • The sign-in email and other emails are plain and short, but we have not tested them with every email app.
  • Payment pages are run by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. We do not control how those pages work.

Tell us about a problem

If something does not work for you, email support@tillping.online with "Accessibility" in the subject. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We will reply and try to fix it, or help you get what you need another way.

You can also reach us from the contact page.
