Tillping Refund Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are paid through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy receipt or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• First payment: if you ask within 14 days of the first payment of your first subscription, we refund it in full and your plan ends.
• Renewals are not refunded, unless the law requires it.

One-off Deep Scan

• Not used yet: ask within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.
• Used: a Deep Scan is delivered right away. At checkout you ask us to run it at once. After it has run and its report is delivered, you lose your right to cancel, where the law allows.
• Failed on our side: you get the scan credit back. If you prefer, ask for your money back.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer in Israel, you can also cancel as the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 allows, including stopping a subscription at any time, and we will give any refund that law requires. Consumers elsewhere keep any cancellation rights their local law gives them.

Billing mistakes

Charged twice or by mistake? We refund it in full.
